The problem of qualified personnel is extremely acute for Ukrainian industrial enterprises. One of the strategic directions of our union’s activities is to promote the training of qualified specialists in various industries. The Cluster of Innovative Industrial Technologies continues to develop relations with Ukrainian educational institutions. Recently, a working meeting was held with the management of NTU “Dnipro Polytechnic” – Rector Oleksandr Azyukovskyi, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical, Educational Work and Perspective Development Mykola Tregub and Head of the Department of CTE Serhii Fedoriachenko. During the lively discussion, the parties identified areas of common interest in the development of modern curricula taking into account the requirements of future employers – industrial enterprises of Ukraine, involvement of the University’s scientific resources in the development of solutions for practical application in the automation of technological processes, promotion of cooperation with European universities and scientists involved in cluster associations. We were very impressed by the University’s achievements in creating training laboratories in cooperation with leading Ukrainian enterprises and realizing the educational institution’s energy independence. We are now continuing our joint work!
